TRUC LAM RESTAURANT WINS INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE MASTERPRIZE (AMP)

In October 2024, continuing its recognition at prestigious global architecture awards, Truc Lam Restaurant has been selected as an Honorable Mention in the Architectural Design - Restoration & Renovation category, by The Architecture MasterPrize (AMP).

The Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) is one of the major international awards in architecture. It celebrates unique architectural works and encourages architects and designers to create sustainable, innovative solutions that positively impact the community. Each submitted design is evaluated by a jury of world-renowned and respected architects.

Truc Lam Restaurant represents a perfect blend of tradition and modernity, featuring open spaces and using lightweight, highly reusable materials such as earth, bamboo, steel, and glass. Notably, the project stands out with its 40 cm-thick traditional rammed earth walls, built using the Ha Nhi ethnic minority's techniques and adorned with unique, eye-catching brocade patterns. This design also connects with the architecture of the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology.

Green architecture creates sustainable living spaces, which has become a growing design trend aimed at meeting the demands for a higher quality of life. Thanks to this approach, Truc Lam Restaurant's architectural space has garnered admiration from both domestic and international customers.
