INAUGURATION OF TOA TINH SCHOOL, QUAI TO COMMUNE, DIEN BIEN PROVINCE

On September 4, 2026, the Toa Tinh Village School, part of Toa Tinh Kindergarten and Toa Tinh Semi-Boarding Primary and Secondary School in Quai To Commune, Dien Bien Province, was inaugurated amidst the joy of welcoming the new school year.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Vu Thanh Mai – Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, former Deputy Head of the Central Commission for Information and Education; Mr. Bui Minh Hai – Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Council; Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong – Deputy Head of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department; Mr. Le Hai Dang – Director of the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology; Mr. Giang A De – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Quai To Commune People's Council; Mr. Nhu Duy Dong – Chairman of the Quai To Commune People's Committee; Ms. Vu Thi Lien – Deputy Director of Truc Lam Company; Mr. Nguyen Gia Phong – Deputy Director of 1+1>2 International Architecture & Construction JSC; along with representatives of Dien Bien province and Quai To commune leadership, distinguished guests, teachers, parents, and numerous residents of Toa Tinh village.

The program opened with cultural performances rich in local identity, prepared and performed by the teachers, students, and residents of Toa Tinh village, bringing a joyful and warm atmosphere to the inauguration day.

Covering an area of 330 m², the school was built with 04 classrooms, a staff room, a kitchen, separate restrooms, a playground, a covered corridor, and a wall system – facilities that were meticulously surveyed and selected based on the actual conditions and needs of the school and the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of Truc Lam Company expressed the desire that the facility will be received, managed, and utilized effectively and sustainably by the school, contributing positively to the development of local education. It is expected to create favorable conditions for teachers to work with peace of mind and dedication while providing students with a safer, friendlier, and better learning environment. Truc Lam hopes that from this small school, big dreams will be nurtured, allowing the children to grow up well-behaved, study hard, and gradually build a brighter future.

On this occasion, Truc Lam respectfully thanks the local authorities, the school board, 1+1>2 International Architecture & Construction JSC, and all the residents of Toa Tinh village for accompanying Truc Lam to complete this project today.

Truc Lam's corporate social responsibility stems from our long-term commitment to the community, especially in highland areas. Having understood and witnessed the actual needs there, Truc Lam always desires to continue accompanying them. And every time we return, seeing the children studying and playing gives Truc Lam more motivation to keep doing practical little things.
