TRUC LAM HANDMADE COOPERATES WITH THE VIETNAM MUSEUM OF ETHOLOGY IN THE PROJECT "OUTDOOR EXHIBITION"

Located in a prime location on Nguyen Van Huyen Street, the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology is one of the famous tourist destinations that aims to display and preserve the cultural values of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups. Domestic and foreign travelers come to this institution to admire the fascinating cultural diversity of Vietnam every time they have the opportunity to visit Hanoi.

Facing the increasingly complicated and prolonged situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, affecting the Vietnamese tourism industry in general as well as the operation of the Museum of Ethnology in particular. In April 2021, Truc Lam Company was honored to cooperate with the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to co-design and implement the Outdoor Exhibition project at the front area of the Museum located on Nguyen Van Huyen and Nguyen Khanh Toan streets. This project aimed to introduce several visual images of ancient artifacts, architectural space, and activities of the Museum, meeting the needs of the public for cultural enjoyment in the context of the current life.

The "Outdoor Exhibition" introduces to the public five themes: Vietnamese Culture, World’s Culture, Traditional Architecture, Experiencing and Truc Lam Handmade products. Exhibited images are carefully selected according to artistic criteria, impressed by the unique ethnic brocade colors, and provide cultural information behind each artifact.

Especially with the modern LED signboard design, the citizens will be able to admire the image of the artifact not only during the day but also at night.

Immediately after the project was completed, the Open Exhibition attracted many observers, from adults to children, who stopped to admire, take photos or read information. With a simple and creative approach, the exhibition space promises to be an exciting and remarkable highlight for the traveler every time they visit the Museum of Ethnology. By this project, Truc Lam Handmade is proud to have contributed to helping the nation's cultural and historical heritage values spread in modern life.
